8.6 Late fees or interest may be charged on overdue payments, and a reactivation fee may be charged to reinstate a suspended account.

Attribution and Hyperlink Requirements
12.1 Clients must include “Powered by Oasbit™” in the footer of their website or digital media where Oasbit’s work is displayed to ensure proper attribution.
12.2 The text “Powered by Oasbit™” must also include a hyperlink to the Oasbit website (www.oasbit.com) or any other website designated by Oasbit.
12.3 Clients may not remove or obscure the “Powered by Oasbit™” text or hyperlink without Oasbit’s prior written consent.
12.4 Oasbit has the right to use the client’s name and logo on the Oasbit website and marketing materials to identify the client as a customer of Oasbit.
12.5 Clients may opt-out of clause 12.4 by submitting a written request to Oasbit, and Oasbit will make reasonable efforts to comply in a timely manner.
12.6 Clients agree to update the hyperlink and text to reflect any changes in Oasbit’s name or branding.
12.7 Clients may opt-out of this clause by paying a flat fee of $3,000-$5,000 USD based on monthly website traffic by contacting support@oasbit.com.
12.8 The “Powered by Oasbit™” text and hyperlink must remain on the client’s website indefinitely as long as Oasbit’s work is displayed, even after termination of the contract.
Refund Policy
13.1 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Oasbit.com, owned and operated by AZ Pathfinders Inc.
13.2 You may be eligible for a full refund if you experience technical issues with the product that cannot be resolved. You may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion if you are not satisfied with the product for any other reason.
13.3 To request a refund, please contact support@oasbit.com within 30 days of purchase, and include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue you are experiencing. We will review your request and respond to you within a reasonable time frame.
