Payment Terms

8.1 By using our services, you agree to our payment terms.

8.2 Payment structures are explained before checkout, and most services include an upfront setup fee.

8.3 Payments are automatically captured via a credit card on file or via digital methods such as Coinbase for cryptocurrency payments.

8.4 If you opt for offline payments, such as Interac or checks, you are liable for paying by the due date on invoices.

8.5 Failure to make payments may result in service suspension or termination without notice.

8.6 Late fees or interest may be charged on overdue payments, and a reactivation fee may be charged to reinstate a suspended account.

8.7 We reserve the right to modify payment terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Works created by us during service provision, such as software, designs, logos, or other materials, shall remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

9.2 Clients agree not to reproduce, distribute, or display any materials provided by us without prior written consent.


10.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any information received from the other party during the project, except as required by law or with the other party’s prior written consent.

10.2 The obligation of confidentiality extends beyond the project termination.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.

11.2 Our liability for any claims arising from services is limited to the fees paid for those services unless agreed otherwise in writing.

11.3 Clients agree to indemnify us from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of our services.

Attribution and Hyperlink Requirements

12.1 Clients must include “Powered by Oasbit™” in the footer of their website or digital media where Oasbit’s work is displayed to ensure proper attribution.

12.2 The text “Powered by Oasbit™” must also include a hyperlink to the Oasbit website ( or any other website designated by Oasbit.

12.3 Clients may not remove or obscure the “Powered by Oasbit™” text or hyperlink without Oasbit’s prior written consent.

12.4 Oasbit has the right to use the client’s name and logo on the Oasbit website and marketing materials to identify the client as a customer of Oasbit.

12.5 Clients may opt-out of clause 12.4 by submitting a written request to Oasbit, and Oasbit will make reasonable efforts to comply in a timely manner.

12.6 Clients agree to update the hyperlink and text to reflect any changes in Oasbit’s name or branding.

12.7 Clients may opt-out of this clause by paying a flat fee of $3,000-$5,000 USD based on monthly website traffic by contacting

12.8 The “Powered by Oasbit™” text and hyperlink must remain on the client’s website indefinitely as long as Oasbit’s work is displayed, even after termination of the contract.

Refund Policy

13.1 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from, owned and operated by AZ Pathfinders Inc.

13.2 You may be eligible for a full refund if you experience technical issues with the product that cannot be resolved. You may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion if you are not satisfied with the product for any other reason.

13.3 To request a refund, please contact within 30 days of purchase, and include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue you are experiencing. We will review your request and respond to you within a reasonable time frame.
