Partner is the merchant of record. Partner sets resale prices, invoices and collects from end clients, manages tax and refunds, and handles complaints and chargebacks. End-client nonpayment does not excuse Partner’s payment to Oasbit.
Before work starts, Partner must have an enforceable end-client agreement and privacy notice no less protective of Oasbit than the agreement’s flow-down terms. Partner must not promise SLAs, results, refunds, warranties, exclusivity, or liability from Oasbit that exceed this agreement and the applicable order.
Partner obtains access and approvals (sites, ads, CRM, app stores, and similar systems) and is responsible for the legality and substantiation of client claims, content, and marketing. Regulated data (PHI, card data, government IDs, children’s data) may not be placed in Oasbit systems without written approval and any required addendum.
